Vivid Kitchen (Dongwon, Korea) sells a wide sauce range. The Sweet Chili Sauce's ingredient list is fully verified and clean — no alcohol, gelatine, or animal-derived rennet. Other SKUs, including the Gochujang and Fire Hot sauces, have an unconfirmed reference to ethyl alcohol that could not be verified against a primary source — treat those as unconfirmed until checked on the physical label.

Coppenrath & Wiese cream cakes contain beef gelatine that is not halal-certified, and the company confirms alcohol is used in some flavourings — the popular Sahnetorten are therefore not halal by mainstream Sunni standards. Only gelatine-free, alcohol-free bakes escape the gelatine issue, and even those remain Mushbooh due to undeclared emulsifier sources.

Quality Health's fish oil is halal in itself, but the softgel shell is gelatine of undisclosed origin and the Australian brand publishes no halal statement — making these capsules Mushbooh. Choose fish-gelatine or certified halal-bovine softgels instead: fish gelatine is halal by consensus, unverified bovine gelatine is not.

Stimorol carries no halal certification and Mondelez makes no halal statement for it; the filled Splash/Sensations flavours contain gelatine of undisclosed origin and Jamiat-Ul-Ulama of Mauritius has ruled multiple Stimorol flavours impermissible. Plain variants (Original, Fresh Mint) are gelatine-free but use an undisclosed gum base — Mushbooh overall, with the filled variants best avoided entirely.

Torrons Vicens holds no halal certification and its range splits sharply: traditional almond and pistachio turróns are made from nuts, honey and egg white but carry unverified E471, while the Albert Adrià Natura line includes a Gin Tonic turrón made with real gin. Plain nut varieties are Mushbooh; alcohol-flavoured and carmine-decorated items are to be avoided.
